Congratulations to the newly named West End Elementary Teacher of the Year, Ms. Leslie Flowers! Ms. Flowers is a 5th grade teacher at West End that truly goes above and beyond for her students and co-workers to make our school the greatest school on earth! She is creative, encouraging, and a cheerleader to every single student in our school from youngest to oldest. We salute you Ms. Flowers!
